2013 League Information
MEN'S LEAGUE INFORMATION
The Mens league will run from May 6th to Sept 2nd (18 weeks including long weekends plus the Sept 16th wind-up) with the same scramble format as last year; with a 6:00 p.m. start .
All participants in Bear Creek Mens League are automatically entered to play in the International Pairs Tournament on Thursday June 20th. All regular league players will split into 2 person teams & play an 18 hole handicapped best ball event. The winning 2 person team will receive an all expense paid trip to Comox B.C. to play in the Canadian Pairs Finals. Win in Comox and your team will receive an all expense paid trip to compete at Pebble Beach.
We need notification and payment by April 6th if you want to retain a spot for 2013. Team league fees are $400.00 for the 18 weeks. After April 6th teams that have not paid us will not be included in the 2013 league.
For all non members, Green fees must be purchased by May 7th at a cost of $360.00 + gst for the year. This works out to $20.00 a round for 18 rounds compared to the regular rate of $28.00 per round. All non members must purchase the green fees which can then be used for a sub if you are not able to attend, or can be used for a regular round of golf if there are any weeks rained out that can not be made up.
We will also continue with the 50/50 draws, and the skins competition and a duece pot. This is in addition to 4 - $25.00 gift card given out each week, plus the hole prizes, door prizes and new this year we will draw each week for a pitcher of beer and a plate of wings for 2 teams to enjoy the following week after golf.

Bear Creek Golf Club is also having a Open House Wine & Cheese on Saturday, April 6th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and league players are invited to attend. All non-members who pay their league green fees in full by April 6th will have their name entered in a draw for a 2013 Driving Range punch card & a $50.00 proshop gift card.
For anyone wanting a single membership for the 2013 season, the cost is $1260.00 + gst. A membership purchase would eliminate your league green fees for the season.

The ladies league will run from May 7th to Sept 3rd (18 weeks plus the Sept 10th wind-up) with the same tee time format as last year.
We need notification and payment by our Open House on April 6th if you want to retain a spot for 2013. Team league fees will remain at $300.00 for the 18 weeks. If paying by cheque, make it payable to Bear Creek Golf Club. Please remember that it is the first 20 PAID TEAMS that will be included in the 2013 league.
